  Loved this place! The service was amazing, the wait was a decent time and most importantly the food was delicious! Very affordable. I find the menu can be slightly confusing for those who come for the first time, but eventually you try new things and find your new favorites.
  The place is definitely big enough for a large group of people and the environment is very pleasant. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to try something new and unusual, and at the same time really good.

  Going here is like giving birth because you forget the pain (so I've heard) so you keep going back. When I go the food is just carelessly made. I've ordered the spareribs on rice for take-out and they just give me the spareribs and forget the rice. These are thick with joint gristle and oozing oil. The black beans are few and far between, like moles on your back. The rice rolls are ALWAYS sold out unless you go at lunchtime. They used to be well done but the recent times I've been able to get them (like catching a leprechaun or something, but think pot of grease at the end of the rainbow) they have been nothing of note. The rice roll itself is limp and flaccid, the soy sauce is diluted AF, and not sweet at all. Their soy sauces on the table are like concentrated from not being circulated so they are black like tar. Organic eyeliner, anyone? The red sauce is diluted, bitter Sriracha. I have to go around carrying Panda Express chili packs in my bag now because of this hot sauce problem. The hot and sour soup is hot and cold in terms of consistency; sometimes it is like drinking plain beef consomme and other times I have some and I need to reach for a Tums because it hits the heartburn like seeing your partner's cheating texts. Food takes a really long time to come but then comes all at once. Server girls never look happy and are either numb-neutral or super-sulky. The only one who has been really nice was a slender man (maybe a manager or someone big like that) but I've only had him once and never again. Whenever I go here, my pocketbook sees the Slender Man too and comes out a bit thinner and still hungry.

  i stepped in close to opening hours, shortly after 11 am, and it was already busy, tables full of steamers and an assortment of dishes. with the amount of people they usually get, it's rather loud, and can sometimes be difficult to hear the person across from you.
  
  aside from that, it's a great experience that feels authentic, like a bustling restaurant in hong kong that you see in the media.
  
  the food service is a little slow and isn't exactly piping hot. the food comes in groups, not everything necessarily all at once. however, the waitress came by often to refill our waters, which is something not very common. i enjoyed that.
  
  i ordered the steamed pork dumpling, shrimp dumpling, shark fin dumpling, steamed and baked pork bun, steamed beef rice roll, chicken feet, honey garlic chicken, and pineapple bun.
  
  the beef rice roll was lacking a bit of the sauce that is usually poured overtop and pooled at the bottom, which made it a little dry. however, once you swirled it in the sauce, it was tasty.
  
  the shark fin dumpling tasted far too much like a pork dumpling and was rather disappointing.
  
  the steamed pork bun had an extremely odd taste and odor to it. they're usually my favourite and i couldn't even finish one.
  
  overall, the food was average at best. it would have been better if it had been hotter. would recommend going during happy hour as prices are lower. great spot if you're looking to try an assortment of dishes and wanting to be full!

  Good food. Good service. Went for happy hour. Nice to see noodles (curry and fried) on dim sum menu! 8 dim sum dishes cost about $33.

  This place was only OK for Dim Sum. They took an order for BBQ pork buns and then at the end of the meal told us they were sold out-thanks that was my main course. They might have mentioned that when we ordered. I do not reccomend.
